Responsibilities
Bridges business requirements to agile technology development practices.
Breaks down ideas into fundamental concepts of lending transaction lifecycle activities and organizes them into practical processes.
Administers adjacent requirements such as project plans and change readiness assessments.
Experience with all aspects of the borrowers’ credit lifecycle from registering, transacting and collecting dues.
Deep understanding of financial tech backend.
Effective comprehension and communication across technology, operations, and product counterparts.
Craft user stories and properly articulate each requirement to different cross-functional teams and ensure alignment and understanding by the technical delivery team.
Responsible for delivering core lending features and functions to assure product performance.
