We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team based in the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our teams across the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering top talent in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles across different functions and levels within the specified regions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
Screen and assess candidates to identify qualified individuals who align with the company's culture and values.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation, closing candidates, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop interview guides.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
