As a Smartsheet Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Smartsheet solutions to meet the needs of the client's organization.

You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements, create custom solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of Smartsheet with other business tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of databases, process optimization, and formula writing, as well as experience in creating reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities: Design and Develop Smartsheet Solutions: Create and maintain Smartsheet templates, workflows, forms, and automations tailored to business needs.

Database Integration: Ensure Smartsheet is effectively integrated with databases and other data sources, allowing for real-time data access and updates.

Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing business processes by leveraging Smartsheet capabilities to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Formula Writing: Develop complex formulas within Smartsheet to automate calculations, data validation, and other functions that support business operations.

Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use Smartsheet effectively and efficiently.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Smartsheet solutions, including process maps, workflows, and user guides.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Project Management, to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Requirements Proven experience as a Smartsheet Developer or in a similar role involving Smartsheet development and management.

Smartsheet certification is a plus.

Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools.

Proficiency in Smartsheet, including advanced features such as automations, formulas, and reporting.

Strong understanding of database management and integration with Smartsheet.

Experience in creating and optimizing workflows and business processes.

Expertise in writing and troubleshooting complex Smartsheet formulas.

Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Smartsheet solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
