We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign performance.

Coordinate with the Marketing Officer to create and procure necessary ad assets (graphics, videos, copy).
Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
Manage monthly ad budgets for multiple brands under the Group of Companies.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain brand consistency across all campaigns.
Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications With at least 2–3 years of proven experience in social media advertising across Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis.
Familiarity with ad management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
