Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios using JMeter, Performance Center, and other relevant tools Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, and other performance monitoring and profiling tools Utilize scripting (Protocols) and programming skills in Java to create and maintain performance test scripts Utilize Oracle DB, Dynatrace, and SQL to perform database tuning and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for performance testing Conduct UI, Batch, API performance testing and ensure seamless integration with the overall architecture Utilize Apache Kafka for performance testing in a distributed environment Apply performance testing methodologies and best practices to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations Collaborate with the development team to implement performance improvements, including Shift Left Testing Communicate test results, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing, cloud technologies, and architectures Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives. Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in performance testing, preferably in a software development or IT environment Solid knowledge of performance testing methodologies, best practices, and performance monitoring and profiling tools Familiarity with UI, Batch and API (JSON) testing, performance tuning, and optimization techniques Understanding of architectural principles and cloud technologies Familiarity with Shift Left Testing and Agile methodologies Proficiency in JMeter, Performance Center, Grafana, Splunk, Java, Oracle DB, Dynatrace, scripting (Protocols), and SQLProven excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks Preferred Qualification: Experience with ORMB, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes
