The Tech Lead / Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in scoping projects, selecting the right tech stack, and ensuring seamless execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring that our clients receive tailored, scalable solutions that align with their growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Technical Discovery & Solution Design Lead discovery calls with clients to assess technical needs and business objectives. Analyze project requirements and define the optimal tech stack for web, mobile, and cloud-based applications. Architect scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective software solutions. Create detailed project proposals, technical roadmaps, and cost estimates for potential clients. Collaborate with the business development team to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Ensure proposals align with startup MVP strategies and enterprise scalability requirements. Oversee end-to-end execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery. Provide technical guidance to developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and system architecture standards. Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality technical output. Tech Stack & Process Optimization Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize development processes. Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive innovation in AI/ML integration, data security, and system scalability. Qualifications & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in software development. Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable Saa S, cloud-native, and AI-driven applications. Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience leading technical discovery sessions and project scoping. Hands-on experience in software architecture, microservices, and API design. Strong ability to translate business goals into technical solutions. Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with startups, VCs, or high-growth tech companies. Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or emerging technologies.
