Job Description
Essential Functions:
Assist with supplier onboarding and vendor management activities.
Conduct RFPs and/or RFQs across multiple indirect categories.
Develop business stakeholder relationships, providing support in navigating procurement processes and procedures.
Actively use quality tools, participating in activities that identify and implement enhancements to procurement and vendor administration processes, policies and systems.
Use appropriate systems of records, monitoring, tracking and maintaining overall program, process and systems compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Description
Experience in a Procurement / Buyer role working with Oracle FCF is a positive.
Experience in obtaining bids (RFPs & RFQs) and supplier relationships.
Working with global teams and international stakeholders.
Knowledge of procurement software and spreadsheet applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalency in a business‑related field.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in procurement lifecycle management activities.
Leadership experience with small teams is a positive.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Experience managing BPO teams for procurement is a positive.
