Job Description : Job description Channel Manager who will help grow the Mutual Fund business of SLAMCI’s Agency Sales Distribution Channel by developing an assigned distribution area of Financial Advisors.
This includes creating sales plans, analysing data, and implementing sales strategies to achieve agreed targets.
The role also includes direct selling to clients, through joint field work activities with Financial Advisors.
Preferred skills Abilities: Good oral and written communication skill, good presentation skills, building client relationships, handling internal (agents) and external (investors) clients, building people’s capabilities, Knowledge in Basic MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)Qualifications At least with 2 years work experience in Sales, with direct customer exposure Licensed to sell Mutual Funds (Certified Investment Solicitor) is a plus Knowledge and understanding of Mutual funds and other investment instruments available at the very least in the local market Knowledge and understanding of basic sales techniques and tools and how to apply them appropriately Ability to offer solutions to problems or challenges encountered Responsibilities Generating sales and minimizing redemptions Creating and executing sales strategies Upskilling Financial Advisors by conducting training, mentoring, and coaching.
