Job Description Supervises the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the brand positioning of our integrated resort and maximize business performance across key business units, including Hotel, F& B, Retail, Theatre, and Gaming.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, customer engagement, and brand building within the resort.
Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions that align with and enhance our brand's identity in Philippines as well as the region.
Establish strong partnerships with business units to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that address specific objectives while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create a cohesive marketing strategy that effectively promotes the integrated resort as a unified and seamless experience.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development, marketing, and customer acquisition, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
