This role follows ahybrid work setup , requiring onsite work three times a week at SCB, Ayala, Makati, and follows a US time zone schedule.
What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and non-professional roles Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and expectations Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interview processes Manage offer discussions and support candidates through onboarding stages Maintain accurate recruitment records and updates in the ATS Collaborate closely with internal TA teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process What We're Looking For: At least2–3 years ofend-to-end recruitment experience (offshore) Strong experience in intake calls, candidate screening and interviewing, offer management, candidate care, stakeholder coordination, and documenting recruitment activities within an ATS environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident working with hiring managers and internal talent acquisition teams Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously Why Join Us?Competitive salary package + monthly performance bonuses Fixed night shift schedule and weekends off Comprehensive HMO coverage Early regularization opportunities Growth-focused and supportive workplace culture If you're passionate about recruitment and ready to take ownership of the hiring process from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
