Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations manager to implement corporate initiatives, communicate store performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, budget forecasts, and other operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications: Previous retail management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
