Mesa SM North Edsa Duties And Responsibilities The Store Managers are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store.
She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
People Management and Training Sales and Customer Satisfaction Inventory Management Store Management and Compliance Qualifications With at least 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory and Managerial positions in Sales/Food/Retail/General or equivalent.
Must have solid experience in F& B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
For Restaurant Managers/ Store Managers position, must be a graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business, management course or equivalent.
For Shift Managers, preferably at least College level.
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment Able to work under pressure and carry out sound decisions during critical situations.
Should have a deep sense of responsibility and integrity.
Must be results-oriented, flexible, proactive and dynamic.
Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
