Job Summary
Functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role, applying advanced engineering techniques with minimal supervision. Expands knowledge in discipline and other areas.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere to engineering standards and policies
Ensure quality and support continuous improvement
Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations
Manage budgets, schedules, and project quality
Coordinate with project teams and clients
Share knowledge and foster innovation
Assist in performance management and mentoring

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with utility-scale electrical transmission system design
Structural design of transmission steel and wood structures
Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, LPile, MFAD, Sag10, and 3 D analysis software
Strong skills in Excel and Math CAD
Knowledge of engineering design principles and standards

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of related experience. Ability to complete onboarding requirements.
Certifications
Professional registration or licensure preferred or in active pursuit.
