Our Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Sourcing Associates in high-volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions utilizing a variety of sourcing channels.In this role you will:Plan and implement long term and short-term sourcing activitiesIncrease company/employer brand awarenessCoordinate with external contacts for print and/or media advertisements; and Implement and advertise employee referral programFacilitate educational tours when neededCoordinate with universities for placement and/or other school activitiesStrengthen LGU and NGO partnerships to develop branding and sourcing initiativesIdentify, develop, and evaluate branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives,Provide leadership and mentoring to Sourcing AssociatesWe are looking for someone who has:Graduated from any 4-year courseAt least 2 years of relevant experienceThe ability to work well with any level in the organizationExcellent English communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)Call center experienceExperience in similar positionExperience in volume hiringAbout ResultsCXResultsCX is a premier customer experience partner to Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
