Job Title: Support & Lead Generation Specialist (Salesforce Experience Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, managing, and importing leads into Salesforce, while also providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct lead generation activities through various channels (online research, databases, social media, etc.)
Import, organize, and maintain lead data in Salesforce CRM
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper tagging of all lead information
Perform data cleansing and deduplication within Salesforce
Support the sales team by preparing lead lists and reports
Assist with day-to-day administrative and support tasks
Monitor and update lead status and pipeline stages
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead flow and follow-ups
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation and data management
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (lead import, data management, reporting)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in CRM tools and data entry best practices
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
