They are now looking to hire a Support Specialist who will provide top-notch customer service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for their customers.
Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support, primarily through written communication (email).
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilise strong written English skills to craft clear, concise, and accurate responses.
Manage and resolve customer support tickets efficiently using the Zendesk platform.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and improve processes.
Requirements At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail business.
Strong background in email-based customer service.
Excellent command of written English with attention to detail.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Familiarity with working with a New Zealand or Australia-based company, brand, or customer base.
Experience in client/merchant support.
Familiarity with the Zendesk platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must be willing to work part-time (3 hrs/day), with potential to increase to full-time (8 hrs/day) during peak season (November-January) Benefits Permanent work-from-home set-up Dayshift (Australian business hours) Part-time job HMO Paid leave Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 month's wage (pro-rata)
