Position Description: As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for administering the Windows platform and Active Directory.

Your future duties and responsibilities: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.

Technical Consulting Services (architecture & design)• Providing subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic AD & windows initiatives• Attending to ongoing compliance requirements - advice on AD & Windows infrastructure-related security fixes, identification, and treatment of platform risks, etc.• Able to design and influence the Architect team on AD & Windows platform key decisions• Good knowledge of solutions like WSUS & Clustering• Work with vendors and provide a Road Map strategy2.

Functional/Operational Enhancement• Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, and operational consistency• Contribute to continuous-improvement cycle for all functional/operational matters relating to all Windows & AD platforms• Process automation• ITIL disciplines• Technical & process solutions for complex operational scenarios• Working closely with partner teams (Systems, Network, and Security) to deliver best-of-breed customer service outcomes.3.

Support• Senior escalation point for all AD & Windows-related technical matters globally across • Lead all the problem records of AD & Windows Platforms and own them till resolution• Provide Life Cycle Management Strategy• Prepare Baseline Matrix (Firmware & Device Drivers)• Initiate Service Improvement programs SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.

Participate in the search and qualification of related solutions such as monitoring/management/administration tools2.

Provide monthly reports on activity, quality, and performance of these System Infrastructures.3.

Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for the Operations departments Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in administering Wintel OS.• Administer + servers at enterprise level.• Expert knowledge of FSMO roles.• Microsoft certifications (related to administration/solutions architect).• Expert Knowledgeable in tools such as SCOM, Imaging software, and backup software.• Expert Knowledge in virtualization (VMware, Hyper V).• Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in Alabang on a mid-shift schedule.
