Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. With at least 2 years relevant experience. Experience in requirements gathering, writing design documents, testing, and working directly with end customers. Preferably with development experience/background in C#. NET Applications and MSSQL / MYSQL DB. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies. Analytical skills and acceptable comprehension. Must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specs, technical specs, and project plans. High attention to detail and good communication skills with different stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Open to working onsite (Cebu City office).
