We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialistto lead our onboarding operations and employer branding framework.
This role is designed for a strategic HR professional who can oversee complex pre-boarding compliance while proposing and managing the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)and communication strategies that define our corporate culture across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Employer Branding & EVP Management Propose and maintain the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure competitive positioning in the talent market.
Oversee the implementation of the Employer Branding strategy across all recruitment channels, ensuring site-level activities align with global brand standards.

Employee Communications Strategy Define the strategy and cadence for internal HR communications, ensuring all sites are aligned with corporate culture goals and engagement initiatives.
Partner with leadership to ensure that key organizational messages are effectively cascaded through Town Halls, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Engagement Framework & Oversight Design and oversee the annual engagement calendar, ensuring activities (wellness, recognition, and social) are standardized and impactful.
Act as the central authority for site-level representatives, ensuring that engagement initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and tracked against participation KPIs.

Pre-boarding Operations Manage the post-offer lifecycle, ensuring 100% adherence to compliance standards, including medical clearances, background checks, and legal documentation.

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing Handle end-to-end recruitment for administrative and specialized corporate roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
Manage the recruitment dashboards and provide leadership with actionable reports on hiring metrics and onboarding efficiency.
Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in HR/Recruitment, with proven exposure to Onboarding Management and Employer Branding.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to propose improvements to the EVP and engagement frameworks rather than just executing existing tasks.
Project Management: Strong ability to track and manage multiple operational and culture-based projects across different locations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision-making.
