Your Role We are hiring a Talent Coordinator to join our team.
This role will work closely with HR PMOs, Recruiters, and internal teams/hiring managers to support overall resourcing and recruitment.
This is a remote position supporting USA PST and/or EST time zones. Effectively coordinate talent-related projects and initiatives.
This includes candidate pipeline management and outreach, internal resourcing, resume formatting, and creating/posting effective job descriptions to job boards. Collaborate with HR PMO and other departments to ensure project milestones are met. Establish and manage candidate pipeline organization and system to support current and future hiring needs. Track and analyze pipeline activity and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to best optimize recruitment processes.
Maintain candidate pipeline communication via scheduled outreach/check-ins with candidates, email campaigns sharing current position openings, and ensure up to date and accurate candidate information.
Manage evergreen requisitions and evaluate applicants to continue building an effective candidate pipeline.
This includes conducting phone screens for future hiring opportunities.
Work closely with Recruiters to ensure that current/active interviewed candidates are added to the pipeline management system.
Format resumes and ensure updated resumes are accurately stored.
Create and post required job openings to job boards. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements Must be able to support US PST and/or EST working hours.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline. Proven experience in talent coordination, recruitment, and project coordination/management.
Strong technical aptitude. Experience in the life science industry with understanding of technical engineering requirements. Advanced skills in using and optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other related recruitment/PM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding target goals.
