Role Responsible for day-to-day management of a small team within Banking Operations.

The Banking Operations team oversees transactions processing, document processing, opening new business and maintaining and reviewing documentation on existing account.

Conducts performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions.

Day-to-day management responsibilities for a small team or sub team within Banking Ops Conducts performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions Carries outplex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact May have direct interaction withmittees and/or Senior Management Organizes the work of the team, assigns tasks, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities and ensures timely and accuratepletion of the work Possesses the leadership and organizational skills required to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff Provides training, conducts performance management and career development processes, handles staffing and disciplinary actions Provides input and support to budget management process Manages own work load/projects Ensures sufficient cover of all tasks is maintained in the team, including identifying and training partners as necessary Skills/Qualifications: A College or University degree and proven Banking Operations work experience is preferred.

Related Industry qualification ( ACCA) is preferred.

Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills are required.

Analytical and problem solving skills are required.

Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set.

Excellent influencing and negotiation skills are required In-depth Banking knowledge is required.pliance Experience is desirable.
