What You’ll Do Drive digital transformation as the primary focus — design and deliver innovative ideas and solutions that go beyond market trends, align with stakeholder needs, and build flexible systems that scale up and out with demand Work closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and delivery timeline for each release Lead one or more development squads within the Supply Chain tech team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members Champion innovative ideas and solutions that enable the team to tackle complex problems effectively Provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, leveraging technical expertise to ensure backlog items are well-defined and sprint-ready Uphold and enforce code quality standards to meet the team’s engineering goals Actively participate in designing and building complex systems and architectures Requirements Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of backend OOP languages, preferably Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala or other open-source technologies Some experience in programming languages like React, Typescript or Javascript.
