Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Support/Coordinator to support our client's operational processes during US daytime hours (Philippines night shift).
This role is primarily operational and client-facing, focused on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and smooth handovers between night and day teams.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy structured workflows, documentation, quality assurance, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours.
Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations.
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes to ensure seamless transition with the daytime team.
Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards.
Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure.
