Job Description
The Technical Sales position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support both customers and the organization. This role requires a blend of sales discipline, technical understanding, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver effective solutions and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and establish new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
Build maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and value-added support.
Organize and execute sales visits to existing and potentials clients.
Review, analyze, and report on sales performance, sales pipelines, customer feedback, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and client requirements.
Strong technical technical expertise with the ability to understand, demonstrate, and troubleshoot products/services.
Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, objection handling, closing techniques, and account management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
Teamwork and collaboration skills in working with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Architecture, or any related filed.
1-2 years of sales experience in the construction industry or any engineering-related filed with proven sales exposure.
Experience in conducting filed sales, client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations is advantage.
Familiarity with construction materials, technical products, or engineering solutions is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools used for reporting, presentations, and client communication.
