JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for
planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Technical Teacher of Education
With at least with 3 years training experience in one or more of the following trades:
* 1) Commercial refrigeration, 2) Packaged air-conditioning, 3) Kitchen equipment,
4) Tesda Training Center (Technical Trainer), 5) Coffee Machines
* With TESDA certifications in either Trainers Methodology I or National TVET Trainer
* Good teaching and presentation skills
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
