Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and B2 B Content Strategist to develop, manage, and scale high-quality technical and marketing documentation for complex enterprise platforms. This role bridges engineering, product, and marketing, turning complex technical systems into clear, authoritative, and search‑optimized content for customers, developers, sales teams, and partners. You will own the creation of technical manuals, API documentation, tutorials, product guides, and SEO‑optimized content that explains sophisticated platforms such as CPaa S, UCaa S, CCaa S, APIs, data pipelines, and telecom infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Technical Documentation
Create and maintain product manuals, user guides, admin and operations guides, API documentation, and integration/onboarding guides.
Translate complex engineering workflows into step‑by‑step instructions, visual workflows, and clear technical explanations.
Maintain documentation versioning and change logs.
Tutorials & Knowledge Base
Produce setup guides, troubleshooting articles, best‑practice workflows, and how‑to tutorials.
Build and organize a searchable knowledge base.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content.
B2 B Product & Sales Content
Develop technical product overviews, feature explanations, RFP and compliance‑supporting documentation, and sales‑enablement technical content.
Support enterprise sales cycles by providing architecture explanations, security and compliance descriptions, and operational workflows.
SEO & Content Strategy
Write search‑optimized technical content for product pages, integration pages, industry use cases, and API & developer resources.
Conduct keyword research and optimize technical blogs, tutorials, and product documentation.
Ensure all content supports inbound demand generation and discoverability.
Qualifications
Technical Writing
4+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, and B2 B Saa S or enterprise platforms.
Ability to document APIs, Saa S platforms, workflow automation, data and telecom systems.
Writing & Structure
Strong command of technical grammar, information architecture, and clear step‑by‑step instruction.
Ability to simplify complex systems without losing accuracy.
Tools & Formats
Experience with Markdown, HTML, or documentation systems; CMS platforms; knowledge base tools; Git or version‑controlled documentation (preferred).
Comfortable working with engineering teams, product managers, and support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom, CPaa S, UCaa S, CCaa S, or enterprise Saa S.
Familiarity with APIs, SIP, messaging, and workflow automation.
Knowledge of Open API/Swagger, security, compliance, and data governance.
SEO experience in technical or B2 B Saa S environments.
