Lead L&OD Specialist supports the Learning Center of Excellence (LCo E) in Cebu by serving as the primary SAP Success Factors LMS functional administrator while also developing digital learning assets, AI‑assisted e‑learning, and technical training materials. This role ensures high‑quality learning operations, accurate data, learner support, and the creation of modern, engaging e‑learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary LMS functional administrator and subject matter expert for SAP Success Factors LMS and Skillsoft Percipio.
Provide Tier 1–2 learner support via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot LMS items, curricula, classes, user records, assignments, and learning histories.
Ensure learning object functionality through SCORM/x API testing, version control, and publishing.
Generate scheduled, ad hoc, and audit‑ready reports; ensure accuracy of training data.
Collaborate with global trainers, SMEs, and the Learning Manager to support learning operations.
Document and maintain LMS procedures, work instructions, and data quality standards.
Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Articulate AI, Synthesia, Vyond) to rapidly build modern microlearning, e‑learning modules, and multimedia training.
Design and develop e‑learning using Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, and other authoring tools.
Translate technical SOPs and subject matter expertise into clear, engaging digital learning modules.
Manage projects, timelines, and asset libraries within the LCo E environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Advanced functional knowledge of SAP Success Factors LMS administration.
Experience with e‑learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe products.
Familiarity with AI‑driven content creation tools.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and data quality skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical content into learner‑friendly experiences.
Education and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years working with an LMS in a technical or operational environment.
Experience supporting e Learning, ILT, and v ILT.
Deep understanding of LMS processes, integrations, and data structures.
