We are looking for a Rider Onboarding Associate to join our growing business!As a Rider Onboarding Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and management of our rider network.

Reporting to the Rider Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for processing rider applications, screening documents, making informed decisions based on submitted requirements, and addressing concerns related to rider applications.

Your attention to detail and ability to effectively manage the application process will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our supply network.

What’s on the menu for you to do: Manage the end-to-end process of rider applications, including reviewing submitted documents and ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.

Conduct thorough screening of rider documents, including identification, licenses, and other required certifications, to verify authenticity and compliance with company standards.

Evaluate rider applications based on predetermined criteria and guidelines, making informed decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of applications.

Communicate application decisions to riders promptly and professionally, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Assist riders throughout the application process, guiding them on required documentation, responding to inquiries, and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Maintain accurate records of rider applications, documentation, and decisions in the internal database or applicant tracking system.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the rider application process, proposing and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you bring to the table? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing rider applications and documents.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to riders and internal stakeholders.

Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess information and make timely and appropriate decisions regarding rider applications.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to riders and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.

Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling rider documents and personal data.
