The successful candidate will help build the client’s best practice process to streamline his workflow and systematize the business. As a Virtual Assistant w/ Law Experience: • Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role. • Knowledge of legal services within Australian law system highly desirable. • Thorough understanding of office management procedures. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Ability to work autonomously. Your Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant w/ Law Experience: • Drafting legal affidavits when required – Debtcol software system produced. • Organising and managing files though share point and the Debtcol system. • Providing administrative support to administration staff and field agents. • Data base entry of lodged legal document into the Debtcol system. • Answer email enquire with the use of preset email templates through outlook. • Quoting clients on service areas based on email enquiries though outlook with the preset costing spreadsheet. • Cleaning agent reports in the Debtcol system and emailing reports to clients out of the Debtcol system. • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner to clients and field agents. • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments. • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues. • Scheduling agents movement.
