Your role will also involve data processing, using Advanced Excel and database queries for analysis, and documenting support issues.

Being the first point of contact for application support needs, incidents, and requests, while maintaining service continuity.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and complaints raised by end users.

Completing data processing, support tasks, cases, and escalations within agreed SLAs or expected timeframes.

Utilizing Advanced Excel and querying databases to analyze and report on support data for improving end-user satisfaction.

Documenting support issues raised by end-users and the provided solutions.

Staying updated on the latest support trends and technologies to enhance the quality of service.

Your Skills: Qualifications for Excellence Strong technical skills, including experience with Advanced Excel and SQL query language in MS SQL and My SQL databases.

Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS VISIO.

Exceptional communication and support skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical end users.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Experience in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
