Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement data management plans.
Perform and document procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, automation, standardization and analysis.
Responsible fordata quality control procedure.
Develop or improve and embed policies, standards and procedures for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitivedata.
Run basic, descriptive data analyses.
Generate ad-hocdata extractions.
Provides technical advice and guidance with regards to the data standards and associated procedures and other control processes.
Initiate, implement, and monitor data management initiatives and support data governance committees, data management working groups to help the organization comply with thedata management policies.
Report any errors identified during data review to appropriate team members and assist in resolving issues.
Required Skills
Knowledgeand experience of data preparation/quality procedures andrequirements (collection, discovery and profiling, cleansing, structuring, transformation and enrichment, validation and publishing).
Knowledge and experience managingdata using database platforms (SQL or No SQL (is a plus)).
Knowledge of enterprise data management and any of the following related technologies such as ETL tools, MDM, Data lake/warehouse, Informatica, SAS, MS Azure ,(good to have: Python, Google Analytics, SAS CI 360).
Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, T ableau.
Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite.
Hasproject management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Education & Experience
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or related field.
At least three years of relevant experience in the data management.
