About the Unit: Solutions Unit identifies, recommends, and develops new initiatives and strategies for the special requirements of shippers.
The Unit also works with cross functional departments to iron out process implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities Support the Solutions Manager in the operationalization of new business lines and strategic initiatives and achievement of high-priority projects Project manage the setup of these new business lines Work with team members to define and agree current and potential future business processes Evaluate the business processes and operations by implementing their subject expertise.
Offer necessary guidance and required knowledge to relevant internal units during the entire development life cycle.
Determine the essentialities and requirements and recommend some technical solutions.
Monitor the testing, development, and implementation of provided solutions.
Verify technical information, including the training manuals, user guides, and system requirements.
Publicize various important information and document processes to all stakeholders using internal portal.
Help improve business performance by identifying problematic areas and providing relevant technical solutions.
Champion the assigned projects and providing updates to own business area on progress and developments Qualifications Graduate of business management, social sciences, economics, statistics, or other high quantitative/analytic courses.
Strong relevant experience in operations, business, and quantitative.
Good understanding of the organization's objectives, operations, market environment and ethical issues.
Resource Management Effective and efficient resource management Interpersonal Skills.
Able to work as an individual contributor and with a team, lead and develop team members, influence stakeholders and manage conflict.
