The Licensed Radiologic Technologist is responsible with the following job description:

- Explains to patients how the equipment shall be used to direct-frequency sound waves into specific areas and generates diagnostic images.

- Answers patients questions regarding the procedures requested.

- Ensures the patient is at ease during procedures to avoid causing further pain if an injury is present.

- Selects the appropriate setting on the equipment and perform the examination using a tranducer (hand-held device) to scan specific areas of the patient's body.

- Updates patients' medical records.

- Ensures equipment used is properly maintained and calibrated.

- Ensures still images are correctly captures and shown to the physician for diagnostic purposes.

- Responsible for the quality of work in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
