Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.Involved in pre-sales, solution deployment and maintenance.Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.Provides (on-site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customersField work is requiredQualificationsBachelor’s/College Degree: Engineering(Computer/Telecomunication) Computer Science/Information TechnologyAt least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration IndustryFamiliar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard proceduresGood analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsMust be a team player, capable of working under pressure in a continually changing environmentHas the ability to work alone efficiently, with minimal supervisionRequired Knowledge, Skills and Experience in any of the solutions below:Symantec -Endpoint Protection (SEP), Messaging Gateway (SMG), Data Loss Prevention, ITMS (formerly Altiris), Advanced Threat ProtectionVeritas - NetBackup, Backup Exec, Infoscale Solutions (Storage Foundation, Volume Replication, Veritas Cluster Server)ASG - Workspace (Cloud Factory), Mobius Document Direct, ZenaAppDynamics - Application Performance Management, End User Monitoring, Infrastructure VisibilityBluecoat - Web ProxySG, CASB (Elastica)
