YOUR ROLE Perform functional configuration changes in Dayforce Payroll system (in coordination with Country HR teams for requirements gathering and implementation)Ensure data integrity in Dayforce Payroll System by performing data auditing, cleansing, wrangling, and reporting Build automated and enhanced visual reports and dashboards using Power BI and Dayforce Serve as GBS / HR Shared Service resource person and testing champion for global payroll harmonization project, specifically for Dayforce Application Support Support in troubleshooting and resolving Dayforce Payroll system issues and coordinate escalated cases to next level support YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in any course Minimum of three (3) years working experience in handling functional configuration changes for cloud-based payroll systems; Dayforce is experience is highly preferred, but similar platforms like Workday and Oracle may also be considered Experience in data cleansing and data integrity is required; Advanced reporting proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools such as Power BI and SQL; Tableau, Power Query, KNIME, and Python expertise is an advantage  Must have experience in project management and needs to be proactive; With issue resolution and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed due to global stakeholder interaction - especially having the ability and proactivity to communicate with functional and technical teams Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
