Senior QA Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead and manage our software quality assurance function. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our software products, development practices, and client implementations.

Responsibilities:
Define and develop processes, tools, and technologies to enable a fully automated test environment.
Review software requirements and develop test plans and scripts for various testing phases.
Collaborate with the Product team to provide engineering insight into product roadmaps.
Work closely with development teams and QA resources to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in test automation design and development.
Experience writing tests based on software requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple test executions.
Familiarity with Jira and Jira plugins for Test Management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Other Details:
Salary: Php 240,000/month (gross)
Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM
Work Setup: Work From Home
Benefits: HMO + 3 Dependents upon joining, 20 SL + 20 VL (accrued monthly)
