You will be work ing shifts with a team of IT Operations Engineer s that cover our 24/7 o peration s. This position works with open-source technologies such as Linux, Apache, Tomcat, and Icinga , along with Windows, and some DTN proprietary software. What you will be responsible for : Apply professional-level technical skill and judgement to provide non-routine technical support for IT operations. F ocus ing on quick outage recovery and root cause analysis Manage incidents and communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel C reate timely and accurate event notifications and incident logs A ssist with systems administration, maintenance, and hardware and software upgrades Add to our knowledge database, to ensure expertise sharing and learning from engineers located in various countries takes place What you will bring to the r ole: 1-2 years professional experience in an international 24/7 environment Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration ( Redhat /Cent OS/Debian/Fedora) for complex production environments Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 32,083 and PHP 45,833 monthly. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time.
