The Role As an outsourcing organization, we refer to our clients as Partners.

We offer our Partners services, technology, and expertise to help them reduce costs, increase their flexibility and scalability, and drive process efficiencies and productivity.

We are hiring for a very key role in our organization - Launch Coordinator.

As a Launch Coordinator, you will work directly with our new Partners and provide relationship oversight as the new Partner gets onboarded with us.

You will also collaborate with various business groups within Partner Hero such as Solutions/Sales, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders in a project management capacity, positively impacting the Partner’s satisfaction.  Once the new program is fully operational, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition of the Partner to the long-term Program Manager and Success Coordinator.

What You’ll Do: Build a customized launch plan for each new Partner in collaboration with the Launch Manager and Solutions team.

Assist the Solutions team in designing proposals and in participating in calls with new Partners as required.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of launch process/planning documentation, including maintaining launch dashboards that outline each Partner’s launch journey.

Actively facilitates assigned launch meetings and participates as key member of launch team in post-launch meetings.

Prepare agendas and other documentation for team meetings as required to ensure accurate, comprehensive and timely communication between Partner Hero and the Partner.  Assist with various operational tasks to support launch operations, such as scheduling and organizing meetings and managing internal communications.

Participate in interviewing and assessing candidates as required.

What We Expect From You: 2+ years of experience in a customer experience or customer success role.

Client-management instincts, including the ability to understand unspoken needs and desires.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey confidence and professionalism in all types of communications.

Highly organized and attentive to detail.

Empathetic towards Partners and colleagues.

Highly motivated and autonomous.

Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, Partners, and senior management.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent project management skills or other management experience.

Experience with BPO and/or knowledge of BPO industry is a plus.
