Basic Function:
You will be responsible for conducting vulnerability analyses, monitoring global threat trends, and ensuring the security of our information systems. You will play a critical role in protecting client information and staying ahead of potential security breaches by staying up-to-date with the latest intelligence and hacker methodologies.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Task Execution: Carry out tasks and assignments as required, including source expansion, data categorization, data analysis, and vulnerability analysis.
Vulnerability Analysis: Conduct comprehensive vulnerability analyses to identify potential security risks.
Intelligence Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest intelligence and hacker methodologies to anticipate and prevent security breaches.
Research Reporting: Prepare detailed research reports, including analyst notes, to document findings and recommendations.
Dashboard Monitoring: Monitor dashboards for global threat trends to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Policy Adherence: Adhere to and implement Infinit-O's quality and information security policies, processes, and procedures.
Information Protection: Protect client-supplied and generated client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
Process Alignment: Carry out tasks aligned with specific processes or activities related to information security.
Incident Reporting: Report any potential or committed non-conformities, observations, security events, or risks to the immediate superior.
Quality & Information Security Management
Adhere to and implement Infinit-O’s quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.
Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security.
Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects
Requirements:
Information Analysis: Ability to read and understand information to determine its relevance.
Data Manipulation: Highly skilled in analyzing and manipulating spreadsheet data, particularly using Excel.
Internet Savvy: Proficient in using the internet for research and information gathering.
Communication Skills: Strong English written and oral communication skills.
Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to tight deadlines and changing processes.
Motivation and Drive: Well-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve objectives.
Analytical Skills: Must be analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
Information Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the information security field, including network and application security, vulnerability analysis, encryption technologies, intrusion detection, and incident response procedures.
Best Practices: Knowledge of best practice security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, industry-recognized IT audit and control standards, and other industry resources.
Schedule Flexibility: Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends (Monday to Sunday).
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT or a related field.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in information or curation
