Role requirementsEffectively communicate and resolve questions or concerns raised by employees and managers Closely works with HR stakeholders to maintain a healthy level of partnership and collaboration Regularly audits and updates content-related platforms such as the HR Knowledge Base and SAP One pages Supports global and regional projects and initiatives which may be driven towards simplification, ticket prevention, process improvement, or automation.
