We are in search of an experienced Software Licensing Specialist to join one of our US clients’ project.

Requires a strong background in Software Asset Management (SAM) and expertise in managing licenses for various publishers, including VMware, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, and others.

The ideal candidate will need to have extensive experience in creating full Effective License Positions (ELP) and navigating complex licensing agreements.

Responsibilities • Interpret current and past Product Terms for various publishers.

• Manage licensing agreements, including Select Plus, Enterprise, and other agreements, and oversee renewals.

• Navigate publisher portals and interpret usage reports.

• Manage product licenses deployed both on-premises and in the cloud, including understanding BYOL requirements for different cloud providers.

• Analyze entitlement reports and software deployment data to create detailed license usage reports.

• Collaborate effectively with a global, cross-functional team across different time zones Qualifications • 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).

• Experience managing licenses for various publishers, including VMware, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, and others.

• Proficiency in interpreting Product Terms and managing licensing agreements.

• Ability to navigate publisher portals and interpret usage reports.

• Familiarity with virtual technology terms and entitlement reports analysis.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a global, cross- functional team.
