Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team. Involved in pre-sales, solution deployment and maintenance. Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary. Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements. Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers. Provides (on-site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers Field work is required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/College Degree: Engineering(Computer/Telecomunication) Computer Science/Information Technology At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry Familiar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard procedures Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Must be a team player, capable of working under pressure in a continually changing environment Has the ability to work alone efficiently, with minimal supervision Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience in any of the solutions below:
