· Will serve as Tier 1 support with a focus on meticulous documentation and organization practices.
· Responsible for Network investigation/troubleshooting, utilizing common tools
· Responsible for ticket documentation and investigation
· Job Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
· With a working experience as a NOC Engineer and background with Cloud technologies.
· Knowledge in Windows troubleshooting, RDP troubleshooting
· Has experience utilizing well-known monitoring tools like Nagios, PRTG, and Solar Winds.
· Experience in Jira, GLPI, and Service Desk.
· Willing to work onsite
