They should actively contribute to a variety of IT-related functions, management responsibilities, and projects.

This entails collaborating on IT projects, such as enhancing and implementing cloud infrastructure services.

Moreover, their involvement should encompass providing general user support, leading new employee setups, overseeing first-day orientations, managing user terminations, and curating documentation for both internal use and user guidance, covering present and future requirements.
