You'll supervise, develop, and coach your teams, manage client accounts, and drive engagement workstreams to deliver quality results. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Payroll Operations and Helpdesk teams. Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing. Mentor team members to improve performance. Manage client accounts and engagement workstreams. Maintain operational standards and deliver high-quality outputs. Promote a collaborative team environment. Identify and implement payroll process improvements. Resolve payroll issues effectively.
