The Role

The Territory Manager will be based in Pangasinan and is an individual contributor and responsible to deploy technical and sales support to farms and partner clients with respect to specific activity.

He/She is responsible for generating and cultivating an increasingly loyal customer base for ADM through active technical selling and establishing a relationship with the distributors and dealers. In-charge of translating continuous market share within a specified territory. This position is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of credit terms within the acceptable corporate standards.

Your Responsibilities

Technical:

  • Designs and creates feed trial protocols, swine/ poultry/ duck projects, and innovative farming approach.
  • Conducts and monitors feed trials and evaluate results
  • Evaluates and troubleshoots technical concerns of customers and farms
  • Customer Relations:

  • Assists and recommends to customers’ product inquiry and find solutions to technical concerns
  • Coaching and training the Distributors’ Sales Person to ensure proper execution and alignment of company strategies
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers
  • Building strong relationships with target customers to drive business growth
  • Sales, Operations, and Marketing

  • Managing sales activities within the designated territory, developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Contributes to determining the market potential at the territory level thru the conduct of dealers/ distributor partners, end-user market data, and profiling of prospective customers
  • Implements approved sales and marketing strategies for the territory
  • Develops and proposes an overall business approach in an assigned territory to include but not limited to sales and pricing strategy
  • Serves as a link and provides support between the customer and the company in all transactions related to order fulfillment
  • Gathers, provide feedback, and monitors intervention on customer concerns pertaining to product and services
  • Verifies all critical information necessary to determine the worthiness of a prospective customer prior to endorsement
  • Executes, leads generation, and negotiations to prospective customers
  • Plans and executes the territory KRAs in order to grow the business in an assigned territory
  • Helps in managing AR of the territory through the effective collection
  • Implements and evaluates the effectiveness of defined sales activities in the territory
  • Monitors the services of the third-party manpower service provider in the technical sales in an assigned territory
  • Your Profile

  • at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, highly preferred from the same industry
  • a Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territories
