Responsibilities Manage and operate mobile OEM advertising platforms: Xiaomi Ads OPPO Ads Vivo Ads Purchase system-level traffic, including: Lockscreen Ads Content Feed / App Discovery placements Push-like OEM notifications Acquire and optimize users in the Philippine market (PH GEO), focusing on conversions (registration / first deposit) Develop and execute high-performance strategies (high CTR + high CR) Optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV) Communicate with OEM partners, agencies, or direct channels regarding inventory, pricing, and traffic quality Continuously test new device traffic (brands, models, OS versions) Deliver performance reports and optimization strategies Hard Requirements OEM Advertising Ecosystem Knowledge (Core) At least 13 years of experience in OEM advertising or mobile traffic acquisition Strong understanding of mobile OEM ad ecosystems: System-level ad placements (lockscreen, recommendation feeds, app stores) OEM traffic distribution logic Must Have The Ability To: Access inventory through: Local agencies Channel partners Direct OEM connections Candidates without access to traffic resources will not be considered User Quality Segmentation Ability Ability to differentiate user value across device tiers: Segment Characteristics Low-end devices (Infinix / Tecno) High conversion, low spending Mid-range devices (Vivo / Oppo) Stable performance High-end devices (Samsung / Xiaomi premium) Lower conversion, higher LTV Must Be Able To: Segment campaigns by device brand, pricing tier, and OS version Optimize for user quality, not just CTR Creative & Conversion Optimization (Core) Ability to produce high-performing creatives: Includes: Strong, high-impact headlines (Bonus / Free / Instant) Localized copywriting (Taglish preferred) OEM-friendly visuals (clear, high-contrast, native-looking) Must Achieve: CTR 3% (OEM traffic typically higher) Maintain strong conversion rates (avoid low-quality clicks) Data Analysis Skills Ability to analyze key performance metrics: Metric Requirement CTR Evaluate creative performance CR Evaluate conversion efficiency CPA Control acquisition cost ROI Decide scaling strategy LTV Evaluate long-term user value Must Be Able To: Quickly identify: Profitable device segments Low-quality traffic sources Make decisions: Scale campaigns Pause underperforming sources Compliance & Approval Optimization Familiar with OEM ad review processes Ability to optimize creatives to reduce rejection rates Includes: Avoiding restricted/sensitive keywords Creating native-looking creatives that do not appear overly promotional Preferred Qualifications Existing OEM traffic resources or channel access (highly preferred) Experience in Gambling / Finance / APK download verticals Proven experience in the Philippine market Demonstrated ROI-positive campaign cases
