Description du poste (titre)The Training Analyst conducts regular trainings, physical and/or virtual to advisor-candidates to prepare them to take the SEC Examination for Certified Investment Solicitors (CISols). The Trainer is expected to equip candidates with various concepts on mutual fund concepts, regulations, and Sun Life Asset Management Company Inc.’s programs and initiatives. Preferred skills (heading) Possesses effective communication skillsUnderstands investments/mutual funds, and sales conceptsWilling to travelQualifications (heading) University degree in business, management, economics, financeThree (3) to five (5) ears relevant training experience, and/or exposure to mutual funds/UITFs/investments will be an advantage.Responsibilities (heading)The Trainer will handle all training activities physical and/or virtual as required by Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. Primary role involves conducting Funds I and II modules to advisor candidates. The role also involves cascading other modules and programs as deemed necessary.Willing to travel and do branch visits to establish relationship with the agency force and sales service associates.
