About The Role
We're hiring AI Training Specialists to complete structured tasks that help AI models learn and improve. You'll work on labeling, rating, and evaluating AI outputs across a variety of formats.

Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Complete structured tasks that train AI systems to be more accurate
Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content
Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics for each task type
Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments
Work across text, image, and audio content types
Who You Are
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
Clear written communication in English
No technical or AI experience required
