The successful candidate will thrive on taking ownership, responsibility and accountability and enjoy a multi-faceted role where no two days are the same.

Key Performance Areas: Administrator:  Payroll processing and payments for x4 staff including Payday Filing, monthly PAYE reconciliation and payments.

Process debtors / receivables.

Process creditors / payables.

Invoicing – approx.

50 per month.

Practice Administration via XPM.

Reporting and financial analysis.

Regular monitoring of cashflow, receipts and payments.

Process IRD tax notices.

Software assistance for staff.

Assist with new client setups.

Assist with other general and financial administration tasks as required.

Personal Assistant: Email and calendar management.

Schedule appointments, travel and conference bookings, stay informed on diary arrangements, update shared calendars.

Updating and prioritising Tasks in Outlook, access to Fatima and Julian’s inbox and calendar to manage as required.

Digital marketing (e-newsletter, website updates, increase engagement across social media channels), content generation, marketing initiatives for Client.

Client database management via Less Annoying CRM.

Maintain and build excellent customer relationships with existing and potential clients.

Keep up to date with internal training requirements, research available resources and implement.

Prepare and distribute agenda for online meetings, attend meetings, take minutes, email to all team members, and ensure allocated tasks are actioned.
